A very warm welcome to Anderson & Company, The Technology Law PracticeTM.
We have had a busy few months. Our client work has included secondments for Paul and Lisa at several universities, transactional work for companies in the biotech and IT sectors, a trade mark infringement dispute, and preparing training materials on IP licensing for the European Patent Office.

I have been accepted onto the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organisation) list of arbitrators. I hope this will be an additional and interesting source of work that will complement our client work, publications and training activities. If you are considering an arbitration of an IP dispute, including disputes over IP contracts, then WIPO is certainly worth considering as an arbitration body.
