Welcome

A very warm welcome to Anderson Law LLP, The Technology Law PracticeTM

A new edition of Chambers Directory UK was published on 25 October 2011. We regard Chambers, along with IAM Licensing 250, as the leading, independent, international directories of lawyers and law firms; these are the only directories to which we make submissions.

Anderson Law LLP is recommended in Chambers 2012 in two categories: intellectual property (IP), and life sciences transactions. In relation to IP, Chambers notes that we "continue to be a notable presence on both the national and international stages... Clients include publicly and privately held companies, charities and universities seeking counsel from the team over both IP-led transactions and disputes." Mark Anderson and Stephen Brett are individually recommended. Chambers notes that Mark is "authoritative and experienced," adding that "advisers don't come much more knowledgeable when it comes to technology or licensing." Chambers also notes that Stephen is known for his IP work in the life sciences sector as well as for his extensive experience in such areas as nanotechnology, computer software and engineering.

In the area of life science transactions, Chambers notes that Anderson Law LLP enjoys a "steady reputation for life sciences-led transactional work and is noted by clients as the ideal alternative to firms headquartered in London. Its team is expanding to meet an increasingly demanding workload, as evidenced by its recent assistance to NexGenix Pharmaceuticals in renegotiating licence and research collaboration agreements with a European institution. Chambers notes that Mark "is the driving force behind the firm's impressive performance... Sources indicate that he is extremely helpful in terms of formulating solutions: rather than just being a drafter, he's a full participant in seeking solutions to complex issues."

We are delighted to see these comments from clients who have been interviewed by Chambers.

We hope you will find what you are looking for on our website. If not, please let us know.
