In-house lawyer
Mark Anderson's past experience as an in-house lawyer (with British Maritime Technology Limited) and as a virtual in-house lawyer (particularly with Xenova Group plc) has influenced the way in which we provide legal services to all our clients. We like to work closely with clients as part of their commercial team, in a very different way to many external law firms.
In addition, we offer various services that provide clients with an in-house lawyer (or something that is very close):
- We provide part-time secondments of staff to work at clients' offices. The periods of these secondments have varied from one month to over 5 years. For longer-term arrangements we offer discounted daily rates.
- We have helped clients (who are not lawyers) to recruit in-house lawyers, including by being part of the interviewing panel.
