Our core areas of practice are technology transfer, intellectual property, commercial transactions and general business law. We expect to continue to grow our practice steadily in these areas in the coming years.

We are also interested in hearing from experienced lawyers who have a client following and who work in our core areas or have complementary areas of practice; the latter category includes corporate finance lawyers, IP litigators and IP transactional lawyers in “soft” IP (eg entertainment).
We are flexible about terms of remuneration and would consider arrangements based on fee income generated.
