If necessary, we will work long hours to meet a client's deadlines. But we don't have a long-hours culture.
We like to work closely with clients, as part of their commercial team, and to have a long-term working relationship with them.
We are transparent about our areas of experience and strength. If we think our client needs to involve a larger firm or other specialists, we will say so and help them to find the best people for the job.
