Mark Anderson has become a Certified Licensing ProfessionalTM. This qualification has been established by the North American chapter of the Licensing Executives Society, and is the only qualification that is focused on licensing practitioners. To obtain the qualification, Mark had to pass a 3-hour exam on various subjects, including IP strategy, opportunity assessment, protection, valuation, and marketing, and agreement drafting, negotiation and management. |
