Most of Lisa’s clients are universities (particularly their technology transfer and research contracts groups) or are technology based businesses (predominately in the life sciences sector). Since joining Anderson Law, Lisa has been on part-time secondments to four clients, the longest of which has now been running for over four years.

Victor has several years’ experience of advising the firm’s clients in various technology sectors, including life sciences, information and communications technology, engineering and the computer industry.

Francis is a barrister and our expert in most things (particularly data protection and GDPR).
Francis specialises in advising clients in the IT sector and has considerable experience in contract negotiation and providing general commercial advice to technology-based start-ups. His experience as a barrister makes him especially able to handle dispute resolution.
Francis is a contributor to Law and the Internet (Lilian Edwards ed.) and lectures on e-commerce as part of the LLM course at Strathclyde University.
Francis has a degree in mathematics and a diploma in computer science. Prior to qualifying as a barrister, Francis carried out research in academic computer science and worked in IT.
Agnieszka, or simply Aga, is a solicitor and associate.
Aga is currently undertaking a part-time secondment to a spin-out client, where she provides advice and assistance in respect of development and commercialisation of their pioneering technology. Aga has spent time on secondment to a leading UK university client.
Prior to joining Anderson Law, Aga spent over five years as contracts officer at the University of Warwick. In that role she was responsible for drafting and negotiating the terms of a wide range of research contracts, including multi-party R&D collaboration agreements and multi-million-pound funding agreements.
Christopher is our solicitor advocate and associate.
Christopher advises on a range of intellectual property and general commercial law matters, which include licensing arrangements, transactions and exploitation of intellectual property.
Since joining us, Christopher has undertaken part-time secondments with research funding and university clients, who he continues to advise.
Prior to joining Anderson Law, Christopher qualified as a barrister. He was called to the Bar by Lincoln’s Inn in 2012. After this, he worked in the Disputes Resolution department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as an in-house paralegal.
